We absolutely enjoyed our dormitory room with the comfortable futon and the peaceful setting close to Cobra Adventure Park.

We enjoyed a nice size room with shared bath and toilet and good staff. The excellent food was a good touch. The atmosphere created was family. Location: the hotel was just off botanical garden.

The accommodation provided sheets, towels, and even air conditioning. The shared kitchen was a bonus for cooking and storing food. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful. Ideal for a short stay, especially if you travel light. Free wi-fi, off-site car park, luggage storage, laundry, leisure/TV room were all available. No pets allowed and no smoking on-site.

Despite being a bit out of the way, the owner's directions made it easy to navigate the tram system. staying in this traditional Japanese house was mind-blowingly awesome!

The hotel is located in a Japanese neighborhood, which offers a unique and authentic experience of Japan. It is conveniently situated near the tram and convenience stores. it is very close to a big shopping center with a good food court, making it an ideal location for tourists.

The owner's communication could use improvement. There were delays in responding to queries, and guests were not always informed in advance about room changes.
